Sitting around the sugar shack and boiling down freshly drawn maple sap is an experience that should happen to everyone, at least once in their lifetime. Maple sugar time is when the sap is running in the maple trees – usually early spring when daytime temperatures rise and the evenings are cool. Come visit a post and beam sugarhouse on a 36 acre farm. Maple syrup and maple products, local honey, jams and jellies, relishes, herbs and spices. Sugarhouse opens to the public in season – call for hours. Farm is open year round with something for every season. Store and sugarhouse are handicapped accessible.
