Welcome to Stafford, CT. The Colonial Town of Stafford began almost 300 years ago as a rural agricultural community. Stafford, Connecticut today is a growing, vibrant town that also attracts visitors and campers. Built in 1975, the Johnson Memorial Hospital is located on Route 190 in Stafford and has an adjoining medical professional building.
